My Story
​
Rollado was born out of a love of traveling. During a traveling adventure to Sayulita in 2016, I met my life partner. We travelled together to Colombia where I first discovered the Rolled Ice Cream technique which stuck in my head. I was inspired by the idea and wanted to bring this technique to Mexico & Vancouver, BC. Rollado launched out of a Food Truck by the beach in Sayulita, Mexico in Summer 2022.
